Privacy Policy (English)

1. Personal Information: Oshi Roar Club lets you post short voice recordings ("Screams") that are visible to other anonymous users inside the app. Do not include personally identifiable information (PII) — such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles — in your Screams. You are responsible for what you say in a recording before posting it.

2. Anonymity by Design: The app does not require a real name, email address, or phone number to use. Each user is assigned a randomly generated nickname, avatar, and anonymous ID via Firebase Authentication (anonymous sign-in). We do not link this ID to your real identity.

3. Data We Collect and How We Use It: To provide the service, the app uses Firebase (Google) for anonymous authentication, cloud database (Cloud Firestore), and file storage (Firebase Storage). When you post a Scream, the audio file, the category tag, optional channel association, timestamp, and a computed "Scream Score" are stored so the post can be shared with other users through the Timeline, Channels, and Ranking features. Immediately after recording, the app uses on-device speech recognition to check for prohibited words or personal-contact information. This check happens entirely on your device — the resulting text is never stored or transmitted anywhere, and it is discarded immediately after the check. If a post is flagged by this check, or if you report a post, the reported post's identifier, your anonymous user ID, the reason, and the timestamp are stored for moderation review. Moderation of flagged or reported content is performed by human review. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or third parties.

4. Data Retention & Deletion: Posts are stored for as long as you use the app. Because accounts are anonymous, there is currently no self-service account deletion in the app. If you would like your data removed, please contact us at the email address below and we will process the request within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Third-Party Services: We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, storage, and basic usage analytics. We do not use advertising SDKs and do not track you across other apps or websites. For Firebase/Google data practices, see Google's Firebase Privacy information. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices beyond what we configure in our app.

6. Human Moderation: If you report a post, the report is reviewed manually by our moderation team. Reports are not visible to other users. Based on review, a post may be hidden from the Timeline.

7. Age Requirement: Oshi Scream Club is intended for users aged 18 and older. On first launch, users are asked to confirm they meet this age requirement.

9. Child Safety: Oshi Scream Club strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. Any content or account found to contain or facilitate CSAE will be removed immediately upon discovery, whether identified through user reports or moderation review. We comply with all applicable child safety laws, and confirmed child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via report.cybertip.org and to relevant authorities as required. Users can report any post that raises a child safety concern using the in-app report feature described above, or by contacting us directly at susudemi999@hotmail.com.

1. 個人情報について: 絶叫推し部では、投稿された短い音声（「絶叫」）がアプリ内の他の匿名ユーザーに公開されます。氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、SNSアカウント名などの個人を特定できる情報（PII）を、絶叫の中に含めないでください。録音・投稿する内容については、ユーザー自身が責任を負います。

2. 匿名性について: 本アプリの利用に本名・メールアドレス・電話番号は不要です。Firebase Authenticationの匿名認証により、ユーザーごとにランダムなニックネーム・アイコン・匿名IDが割り当てられます。当社はこの匿名IDを実際の個人情報と紐付けることはありません。

3. 収集するデータと利用目的: 本サービスの提供のため、アプリはFirebase（Google）による匿名認証、クラウドデータベース（Cloud Firestore）、ファイルストレージ（Firebase Storage）を利用します。絶叫を投稿すると、音声ファイル、カテゴリータグ、任意で選択したチャンネル情報、投稿日時、算出された「絶叫スコア」が、タイムライン・チャンネル・ランキング機能を通じて他のユーザーと共有できるよう保存されます。録音直後に、端末内（オンデバイス）の音声認識機能を使って、禁止ワードや個人の連絡先情報が含まれていないかを確認します。この確認処理はすべて端末内で完結し、認識結果のテキストが保存・送信されることはなく、確認後すぐに破棄されます。この確認で問題が検出された投稿、または通報された投稿については、投稿ID、匿名ID、理由、日時がモデレーション審査のために保存されます。フラグが立った投稿・通報されたコンテンツの審査は、人の目による手動レビューで行っています。当社は個人データを広告事業者や第三者へ販売することはありません。

4. データの保持・削除について: 投稿データは、ユーザーが本アプリを利用する限り保存されます。匿名アカウントであるため、現時点ではアプリ内でのセルフサービスによるアカウント削除機能はありません。データの削除をご希望の場合は、下記のメールアドレスまでご連絡いただければ、合理的な期間内に対応いたします。

5. 第三者サービス: 認証、データベース、ストレージ、簡易な利用統計のために Firebase（Google）を利用しています。広告SDKは使用しておらず、他のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいでユーザーを追跡することもありません。Firebase / Googleのデータ取扱いについては、Firebaseのプライバシー情報をご参照ください。当社がアプリで設定する範囲を超える第三者のプライバシー慣行について、当社は責任を負いません。

6. 人的モデレーション: 投稿を通報すると、モデレーションチームが手動で内容を審査します。通報内容は他のユーザーには公開されません。審査の結果、投稿がタイムラインから非表示になる場合があります。

7. 年齢制限: 絶叫推し部は18歳以上の方を対象としています。初回起動時に、この年齢条件を満たしているかどうかの確認を行います。

9. 児童の安全について: 絶叫推し部は、いかなる形態の児童性的虐待・搾取(CSAE)も固く禁止しています。ユーザーからの通報またはモデレーション審査により、CSAEに該当する、またはそれを助長するコンテンツやアカウントが発見された場合、直ちに削除します。当社は関連する児童保護法令を遵守し、確認された児童性的虐待コンテンツ(CSAM)については、米国NCMEC(全米行方不明・搾取児童センター)のreport.cybertip.org、および必要に応じて関係当局へ通報します。児童の安全に関する懸念がある投稿は、上記のアプリ内通報機能、またはsusudemi999@hotmail.comまでご連絡ください。
