Privacy Policy (English)

1. Personal Information: To protect user privacy, users must not include personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles, in Fogs. The app is designed to detect, block, or replace certain types of personal information before sending, but users remain responsible for ensuring their Fogs do not contain PII.

2. On-Device Content Filtering: User-generated content (Fogs) is screened on your device before it is sent. Screening uses Apple’s built-in on-device technologies (including the Natural Language framework and system data detectors), together with local rule-based checks in the app. This process is designed to detect and block or replace inappropriate content and accidental disclosure of personal information. We do not send Fogs to any third-party AI service for analysis. Screening runs entirely on the device; Fog text is not transmitted to external AI providers for moderation.

3. Data We Collect and How We Use It: To provide the service, the app uses Firebase (Google) for anonymous authentication and cloud storage. When you send a Fog, the message text (after on-device filtering) and related delivery metadata (such as timestamps, anonymous user IDs, and optional settings you choose) may be stored temporarily in Firebase Firestore so it can be made available to other users through the service. Optional features may also store a nickname, attribute preset, connection list, usage counts, and—if you enable it—local or account-linked history of sent or wrapped Fogs. We use this data only to operate the app (send, receive, wrap, connect, subscriptions, and safety features).We do not sell personal data to advertisers or third parties.

4. Data Retention: Fogs are stored only as long as needed for delivery and core app functionality. By default, when a Fog is wrapped, it may be removed from our servers if you use Extinguish mode. If you turn on history options, copies may be kept in your account until you delete them or delete your account. You can delete your account in Settings; this removes associated account data from our systems.

5. Third-Party Services: We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and app infrastructure. We do not use Google Gemini or any other third-party AI API to process your Fogs. For Firebase/Google data practices, see Google’s Firebase Privacy information. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices beyond what we configure in our app.

6. Human Moderation: If you report abuse, the app may send a Fog identifier and related report metadata to our moderation team for manual review. This is not automated third-party AI processing.

1. 個人情報について: ユーザーのプライバシー保護のため、モヤには氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、SNSアカウント名などの個人を特定できる情報（PII）を含めないでください。アプリは送信前に一部の個人情報を検出し、ブロックまたは置換するよう設計されていますが、モヤに個人情報を含めないことについては、最終的にユーザー自身が責任を負います。

2. 端末内でのコンテンツフィルタリング: ユーザーが作成したコンテンツ（モヤ）は、送信前に端末内で検査されます。 検査には Apple の端末内技術（Natural Language フレームワークやシステムのデータ検出機能など）と、アプリ内のルールベースのチェックを使用します。この処理は、不適切な表現や個人情報の漏洩を検出し、ブロックまたは置換することを目的としています。モヤの内容を第三者の AI サービスへ送信して解析することはありません。 検査は端末内のみで実行され、モヤの文面がモデレーション目的で外部の AI 事業者へ送信されることはありません。

3. 収集するデータと利用目的: 本サービスの提供のため、アプリは Firebase（Google）による匿名認証とクラウド保存を利用します。モヤを送信すると、端末内フィルタリング後の文面および配信に必要な関連情報（タイムスタンプ、匿名ユーザー ID、ユーザーが選択した設定など）が、サービス内で配信できるよう Firebase Firestore に一時的に保存される場合があります。任意機能として、ニックネーム、属性プリセット、つながり一覧、利用回数、および設定を有効にした場合の送信・包み履歴が、アカウントまたは端末に保存される場合があります。これらのデータは、アプリの提供（送受信、包み、つながり、サブスクリプション、安全機能）にのみ使用します。当社は個人データを広告事業者や第三者へ販売することはありません。

4. データの保持について: モヤは、配信およびアプリの基幹機能に必要な期間のみ保存されます。既定では、包み込み後に「消滅モード」を使用している場合、サーバー上のモヤが削除されることがあります。履歴オプションを有効にした場合は、ユーザーが削除するかアカウントを削除するまで保持される場合があります。設定からアカウントを削除すると、関連するアカウントデータが当社システムから削除されます。

5. 第三者サービス: 認証、データベース、アプリ基盤として Firebase（Google）を利用しています。Google Gemini などの第三者 AI API でモヤを処理することはありません。 Firebase / Google のデータ取扱いについては、Firebase のプライバシー情報をご参照ください。当社がアプリで設定する範囲を超える第三者のプライバシー慣行について、当社は責任を負いません。

6. 人的モデレーション: 不正利用を報告した場合、モヤの識別子および関連する報告情報が、手動審査のため当社のモデレーションチームに送信されることがあります。これは第三者 AI による自動処理ではありません。
